11 West 37th Street is a 20-story hotel in Midtown Manhattan, delivered ground-up by TJAR Group. Our team managed every phase, from foundation and structural work through guest-room finishes and common areas.

Completed in January 2019, a hospitality build of this scale required careful coordination of permits, trades, and inspections, all handled from start to finish.
