131-10 and 131-22 Avery Avenue is an 8-story mixed-use development in Flushing, Queens, combining offices with residential condominiums and delivered ground-up by TJAR Group. Our team managed construction across both portions of the project, from site work and foundation through the superstructure, mechanicals, and interior finishes.

Completed in October 2021, the build was carried out to New York City code with close coordination of permits, trades, and inspections from start to finish.
